Studio Boone-Chinese Brush Painting is moving to a new location in the Emerson Center for the Arts and Culture.

The studio will move from room 108 to room 230. The move will allow Stephen Boone to maintain a studio presence downtown and continue to offer instruction, supplies, and original art in Chinese brush painting. The move will be complete on Saturday  November 1st. Open studio hours will be Wednesday evenings from 4:30-6:30 as well as Thursday and Friday afternoons from 12:00-3:00 or by appointment. Appointments can be made to view original art, arrange classes, or purchase equipment by calling 587-0925 or emailing stephen@studioboone.com.

Instruction in Chinese brush painting methods and concepts are available as private or group lessons and available to all ages. Younger children must be evaluated by the instructor with the parent to determine suitability for training.

Studio Boone is also available for use as a classroom accommodating up to four students. The classroom fee is $10.00 per hour with a three hour minimum charge.
